    The service is good and the shop has a friendly atmosphere. I was disappointed when an Aspire Pocket x product had ceased to hold a charge. Unfortunately, my warranty was up over a month and I was on my own. I even reached out to the manufacturer and Pacific Smoke for a replacement/refund, but the shipping charge wasn't worth it and they offered very little support and a confusing set of hoops to jump through. In conclusion, be wary of E-Cigarrettes because they break down and unless you're good friends with the owner you will have to buy another one. Every E-cigarette ive bought has broken for no reason, so I started smoking again.
