    Expensive packing. $100 per hour for two women. Broke three items and did not inform me until I found them and notified them. One item they were unsuccessful in properly gluing together before I found out that it was broken. They said they would have their carpenter repair it but he did an unsatisfactory attempt. A sofa leg was broken. The owner said he would get a new one from his warehouse but simply attempted to glue the old one together. A very poor attempt. I had to leave a couple of items behind because they would not fit.
